1) Diagnostic : 증상이 있을 때
* 불확실한 병소나 종괴가 있는 환자, 증상이 있으면서 유방이 큰 환자
* 소견 :밀도 이상 or/and 미소석회화microcalcification
종괴( 침상spiculation, irregular margin; 암의심)
2) Screening : 증상이 없는 사람
6.유방초음파
no ionizing radiation, 간편.
cyst 진단에 유용할 뿐 아니라 solid mass의 감별에도 유용
7. Interventional Techniques (중재적 수기)
a. Ductography : 유두로 부터 이상(異狀)분비가 있을 때
b. localization of nonpalpable breast lesion (microcal)

* secondary prevention = screening
presymptomatic stage에 진단되면 아주 초기암; 높은 치료율
